This is a HDMI switcher currently used on the Console Wall. I couldn't find (on 2023-06-27) a USB to barrel jack cable, so I cannibalised a USB-A to micro-B cable and soldered it directly to the board.

It is plugged into the TV at HDMI2. The Wii U is connected to it as Input 1. The Xbox 360 is connected to it as Input 2.
