* 2016-12-20 [http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2009/02/dinner-tonight-vegetarian-borscht-recipe.html vegetarian borscht] 3x and garlic bread.  Excellent, lots of people said it was delicious and the best borscht they've ever had, would make again.  We added 4 zucs, garlic, a couple splashes of apple cider vinegar, and we used the immersion blender a few seconds to thicken up the broth, but otherwise as written.

* 2016-12-13 [http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/parkers-split-pea-soup-recipe.html split pea soup], doubled and [http://cookieandkate.com/2014/creamy-vegan-butternut-squash-linguine-with-fried-sage/ butternut squash linguini] doubled, both repeats.  Both were great - but especially the pasta, which again is real winner, would make again.  The soup we had to adulterate a tiny bit - some extra oregano, some garlic powder.  We made less than usual tonight since it being near Christmas, things are quiet.
