* two missed weeks, Eric was sick.  Panter and Roberta did made something in the second week, I think it was a curry?  I don't think anything was made in the first week.
* 2017-01-31 [https://knowledge.hacklab.to/w/images/f/fb/Malka_Dal_%28Red_Lentil_Curry%29_-_Nehu%27s_Kitchen.pdf Malka Dal Red Lentil Curry] 6x and [http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ree-drummond/garlic-cilantro-lime-rice-recipe.html Garlic Cilantro Lime Rice] 2x (a repeat) and [http://allrecipes.com/recipe/48480/carrot-cake-muffins-with-cinnamon-glaze/?internalSource=staff%20pick&referringId=2011&referringContentType=recipe%20hub&clickId=cardslot%202 carrot cake muffins with cinnamon glaze].  The Dal was awesome, would make again, 6x was a but much - only 4x would fit in one pot, so we ended up with two pots 2/3 full or so.  The rice, excellent as always - really strong on the lime this time, it was great!  The muffins, incredible, would make again, 1x was enough for about 30 or so (but we made some larger square ones so got less).

* 2017-01-24 [http://www.onegreenplanet.org/vegan-recipe/mujaddara/ Majaddara] 2x a repeat, and [http://minimalistbaker.com/apple-pie-crumble-bars-vegan-gf/ vegan apple pie bars] 2x for dessert.  The mujaddara was excellent like last time, but we should have made way more, it was gone 30 minutes after we served! The dessert is still cooling, but smells incredible.  4 part recipe is a bit extreme though, way way more work than the dinner!
