* 2016-02-23 [http://www.mindbodygreen.com/0-21093/make-this-vegetable-packed-vegan-curry-for-dinner-tonight.html Thai Squash Curry] 6x with 4 cups rice and using [http://www.thaitable.com/thai/recipe/vegetarian-red-curry-paste vegetarian red curry paste] (though we used green chilis).  Good, not great.  Should have made 8x with 6 cups, the pot was only about 3/4 full and it all went fast. 
* 2016-02-16 [https://realfood.tesco.com/recipes/spiced-vegetable-balti-with-garlic-naan.html Spices Vegetable Balti], quadrupled, with rice and naan.  Biggest pot was MORE than full, but there were only 4 servings left at the end (I froze them), so we served a LOT of people.  Comes out a little bit liquid-y, we actually blended up two loads to try to make the broth a little less watery.  Tastes good overall, but I don't think I would make it again.
