ESP32-CAM + custom 3d Printed bracked
This is the Hacklab's solution to monitoring our water usage in Home Assistant.

To be filled.
* It uses an ESP32-CAM running [https://github.com/jomjol/AI-on-the-edge-device AI on the Edge] as a sensor for Home Assistant.
* It is mounted with a [https://www.printables.com/model/504835-neptune-h65n-water-meter-esp32-cam-adapter 3d printed bracket] which friction fits onto the water meter to permit instant access for utility company inspection/service, but is keyed such that it will re-align and (hopefully) not require software recalibration.
* The whole reason for this solution is because the proprietary Neptune H65N e-coder terminals are sealed by the utility provider, and the RF meter reader unit protocol has yet to be reverse engineered. Many other meters have more open standards, or their radios transmit on protocols supported by the [https://github.com/bemasher/rtlamr RTLAMR project].
