** Name, phone number, and email address are required for contact tracing in the unfortunate event that someone unknowingly brings COVID-19 into the lab

* Members should try to bring their own masks and any other desired protective gear
* There are masks available in the kitchen next to the first aid kit, pay what you can into the donation box

Before coming to the lab

Self screening

  • Before coming to the lab self screen using https://covid-19.ontario.ca/self-assessment/
  • Do not go to the lab if you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19, are feeling unwell, or are otherwise at a high risk level as indicated by the self-assessment tool.

At the lab
